A dental visit should never be a scary experience. We want children to feel comfortable coming to the dentist and to realize that a dental visit is a good thing.
Children can have their first dental visit as young as one year old. When children come to our office for the first time, we show them around and explain all the tools and make them as comfortable as possible. We let them know how each item feels before it touches their teeth.
